Our Mission...

To be a home away from home for our participants. We exist to promote the health and well-being of the advanced age population who are disable and mentally challenged by addressing each of their unique physical and emotional needs. We offer a safe and compassionate quality adult day care services in English, Hmong, Laos, and Burmese.

For Eligible Individuals

The entire program cost may be covered by a Medicaid Waiver Program, VA, or long term care insurances. A sliding scale fee is charged to participants who are not covered by any of the programs mentioned above.
